Data processed

Account operations process name, email, a hashed password, email-verification status and account timestamps. Laravel may process session IDs, IP addresses for abuse prevention, and application logs. No cloud credential vault is enabled in Phase 3.

Purpose and retention

Account data supports login, security, customer communication and release information. The owner must set actual retention periods, legal basis, subprocessors, contact details and data-subject request handling before production launch.

Access and deletion

Verified account holders can export their current website profile data or delete their website account in the account dashboard. Future subscription and encrypted-sync exports will require additional functionality.
